Christmas is the most awaited and celebrated season of the year for us, Filipinos. It is said and believed that the Filipino Christmas celebration is the longest ever around the globe. The highlights of this celebration includes the Misa De Gallo (the mass celebrated at midnight on Christmas Eve), Filipino Christmas foods and of course the gifts that we give and receive.

Here in the Philippines, exchanging gifts is one of the oldest yet grandest form of Christmas tradition. This exchange gifts do take place almost everywhere; from home up to the offices and schools. Exchanging gifts weeks before Christmas is always done yearly. Because of this, some gifts are kind of become common and expected to be given and received. In this article of mine, I will tell you what are the top items or things being given and received during exchange gifts.

I believe this item should be on the top of the list. Why? because yours truly do always received such thing during my corporate and school days. Im not saying that I don’t like them, in fact some of them are really good and unique.

Although it’s not common for office or corporate exchange gifts, but for the school exchange gifts, it is.
Alarm Clock
This one is common with office and corporate exchange gifts. Why? it is really a useful thing for them because it can help them to wake up and come early for work. As a matter of fact, some big bosses of a company or departments do give away such gifts for a good reason and you know what it is.
Display Items / Figurines
This gift item also common because of its availability. What I mean is, you may buy this item anytime anywhere. People who are late in terms of buying gifts tend to buy this one, always.
Mugs / Tumblers
For school and offices, they are really common and of course, useful. No further explanation is needed, right? =)
